Inside Coordinator - Oversees check-in tables and accountability issues, assign men for breaks and ensures all forms are printed out for the weekend
Outside Coordinator - Oversees midnight adventure, coordinates outside check-in, and assist with trust walk, provides arrival times for accountability
Teaching Coordinator - Provides guidance for all teaching positions and ensures each man is properly prepared prior to and during the weekend
Carpooling Coordinator - Coordinates carpooling, sends out directions to the weekend, compiles carpooling list for Road Warrior
Graduation Coordinator - Ensures CDs, certificates and rosters are ready for graduation, buys food and drinks, helps set up graduation room
Interviewer - Interviews participants, provides participants with what to bring, pre-retreat assignment and release form
Retreat Elder - Coordinates all elder events, prayers and appoints elders for carpet work
Elder - Assists Lead Elder with prayers and carpet work
Medic - Oversees any injuries and collects medical forms prior to the weekend, returns compiled summary to weekend coordinator
Safety Leader - Assists medic & ensures safety is maintained during the weekend
Food Coordinator - Handles buying and overseeing the preparation of the food
Assistant Food Leader - Helps the Food Coordinator and oversees the preparation of some of the meals
Road Warrior - First greeter, obtains carpooling list and records arrival times
Parking Director - Tells participants where to park and who to see next
Outside Greeter - Reflects the persona of the participant and who to see next
Holding Station - Wait with the men while all participants arrive
Check-In Table - Collects participants belongings, money, food, etc.
Check In-Escort - Searches bag and takes participant outside for reflection
Accountability - Teaching lesson about accountability and calls the men to accountability
Check-In w/ Animal Name - Lead the men with introducing themselves to the group
Check-In Scribe - Writes the men animal name on tag, compiles a list of all the men’s names and initial animal names
Check in with Pictures - Teach lesson to illustrate how we show and hide things about ourselves, responsible for getting the images/clippings on the wall
Guidelines for Weekend - Responsible for communicating the guidelines for the weekend
Introduction to Weekend - Teaching lesson about the purpose of the weekend
Dilemma Teaching - Teaching lesson, demonstrates and models how we face various dilemmas
Outdoor Adventure - Leads the adventure, establishes rules, guidelines
Wake Up the Men - Get the guys out of bed
1st Circle Check-In Leader - Teaching lesson on the 6 emotions and models the check-in process
1st Circle Check-In Assist - Model Check-in with group
Intro to Anger - Teaching on how we stuff anger and leads anger exercise
Shadow Teaching & Drama - Teaching lesson on a man’s shadow and demonstrates how his shadow has affected his life
Owning the Shadow (What I Don't Want You to Know about Me Is...) - Leads the exercise, “What I don’t want you to know about me…”
The Wound - Reads the relaxation/mediation script to the men
Outside Coordinator - Oversees midnight adventure, coordinates outside check-in, and assist with trust walk, provides arrival times for accountability
Intro to Carpet Work - Teaching lesson on the Jacob story and how the men will have an opportunity to wrestle with God
Scribe - Records the words during carpet work, complies list of new animal names for each carpet
Escorts to Chair - Escorts the men to chair after carpet work, provides water to man
Music for Carpet work - Turns music on and off based on carpet leader’s cue
Moment of Truth - Asks if any man did not have an opportunity to touch his shadow
Trust Walk - Leads the men outside while they are blind folded
2nd Circle Check-in Leader - Starts and models the check-in process
2nd Circle Check-In Assist - Model Check-in with group
Confession & Communion - Leads the men through the confession & communion experience
Golden Hot Seat - Explains the purpose of blessing each man and maintains 60 sec time limit
Recorder - Records the blessing of each men
CD Recorder - Burns Golden Hot Seat recording of each man on a separate CD or audio file
Blessing - Leads the blessing exercise where men pair up in small groups
Group Photo - Takes the group picture for the weekend
